NO ONE AT HOME TO RECEIVE BASKET - If the receiver of a gift basket is not
at home or a business office is closed when the courier delivers a basket, the
courier will leave a card in the mail box to arrange an alternate time to deliver
the gift basket. It is the receiver's responsibility to contact the courier
to arrange an alternate delivery time.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible
due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure
of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order
We believe that we have employed excellent courier companies in an endeavour
to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service, however
there may be times that despite our best efforts gifts are delayed in the delivery
process. For this reason our delivery times can be our best estimate only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a gift does not arrive.
Once we have been notified we will lodge an enquiry with the respective courier
and track your gift accordingly as each gift has a consignment number for delivery.
Forget me not Gift Baskets is not responsible for the gift delivery. Whilst
every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee
unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at
a certain time or place.
Hampers for United Kingdom and the U.S.A. can be organized in 3 business days.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Since we deliver promptly
this means you need to advise us of any cancellation as quickly as possible.
If the goods have not been dispatched your order will be cancelled and any payment
transacted will be refunded. We cannot refund payment once orders have been
dispatched
Returns
If you are unhappy with any goods received, you may call our office during business
hours and discuss the reasons for you wanting to return. We cannot refund payment
once the order has attracted dispatch charges but we are happy to provide a
replacement product. Please call us first and return goods through an insured
courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable, but replacement goods will be dispatched
at our cost.
Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative
fee, only if notice is received by Forget me Not Gift Baskets 24 hours prior
to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours
notice will be charged at 100% of the total order value, as we are unable to
cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Disclaimer.
In the instance that your gift has not arrived as per you’re requested
or scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort
to track your gift. Although we use highly reputable couriers to deliver our
products, from time to time delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons, which
are totally out of our control. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any delays
causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason
Privacy.
Any personal information that you provide will only be used to process your
order and is
protected by our secure server Forget me not gift baskets not involved in the
selling or trading of personal information and as such we will not pass on any
of
your personal details to any other organizations.
